Do you have a passion for online marketing? Then we have good news, Young Metrics is looking for an Email Marketer; With us, together with great colleagues, you are responsible for planning, managing and directing online campaigns for new and existing customers. Think of this in particular when setting up Klaviyo flows, Mailchimp, etc. Your main responsibility is to achieve the highest possible ROI (return on investment) from these customers. This means that you think about a strategy and are the link between our customers and our specialists and therefore also the face of the company. On the one hand, you ensure that you (together with your colleagues) achieve maximum return for the customers, and on the other hand, that the customer feels heard and does everything possible to maximize the customer experience.

Required education, skills and qualifications

Perfect command of the Dutch language, spoken and written (English, recommended)
Experience in web development
Team player mentality, you go for the collective interest
Stress resistance: you maintain an overview when the workload increases, maintain an overview, structure and set priorities
You like sheets, numbers and optimization
You have analytical skills to make choices with limited information
Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
You have a smooth conversation and can ensure that customers feel heard.
You believe that you are responsible for the success in the company and your own success
